Parthee Vijayamohan

Parthee Vijayamohan is AI Program Lead at Kalundborg Municipality and the founder of AI Alliancen. He has hands-on technical AI experience building datasets, training and adapting small language models (SLMs), and developing agent-based solutions using frameworks such as LangChain. He combines work on data, models and code with a strategic, holistic view of public-sector AI: how technology, organisational practices, security and governance need to fit together to create solutions that can be used and maintained in practice.

In his technical articles, he explains data pipelines, data cleaning, data quality and MLOps – from model selection and validation to versioning, documentation and ongoing monitoring. Drawing on his RPA experience, he also works on the relationship between automation, API integration and reusable components. His focus is the full journey from a usable data foundation to a solution that fits the organisation's workflows and can be operated over time.

He has also spoken at Innovation Day in Scotland as part of the Danish delegation to DigitalScotland. At the event, hosted by Scottish Digital Academy and CivTech, he shared municipal experience of AI in the public sector. This international knowledge exchange complements his work connecting technical development with public-sector implementation across organisations.

He has also helped develop and share Kalundborg's AI interpreting solution as open source. The solution supports local or cloud deployment, speech recognition using tools such as Whisper, and the use of open language models or Azure AI Foundry. In agent development, he has described the team's trials of LangChain's Open Agent Platform and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) in an internal test environment. This connects with his interest in modular AI architecture, open standards and the ability to replace or reuse components.

Previously, he helped develop NæstvedGPT and initiate KommuneGPT. In Kalundborg, he initiated Andrea, which brings employees' AI tools together in a single app. These projects form part of a broader effort to build AI as a shared organisational capability, weighing technical choices alongside employees' needs, control over data, costs and long-term operations.

As the founder and facilitator of AI Alliancen, he brings municipalities, businesses and institutions together to share practical knowledge without a sales focus. The network provides space to share code, technical experience and challenges relating to implementation, governance and security, helping local experience strengthen collective AI capability across the public sector.
