Victor Søegaard Skytte

Victor Søegaard Skytte is a co-founder of Promte, formerly Applai. He works on making specialist AI assistants and AI-based workflows useful for organisations and public-sector bodies. His public-facing work includes product communication, practical teaching and dialogue about how generative AI can be connected to specific tasks instead of remaining an isolated chat tool.

One technical theme in his product work is assistants that can pass questions to one another. He has described how specialist assistants can be brought together behind a single user entry point, while relevant sources and access permissions continue to play a role. He has also explained a model for smaller AI apps on a shared platform, where hosting, models and existing user management support each app. His interest is in connecting clearly defined functions with a reusable technical foundation.

In June 2026, he presented an analysis agent for building applications at a KL webinar. The demonstrated solution examined materials and relevant knowledge sources to provide an overview for applicants and case officers. Its purpose was to prepare and structure a case, not to replace professional judgement or make an automated decision. The example illustrates his work explaining how more complex agent workflows can be translated into a recognisable municipal process.

His experience also includes AI courses delivered in Greenland with INUVA in 2023. The training was aimed at businesses and public authorities and covered AI fundamentals, the probabilistic nature of language model responses, data security and practical work on participants' own tasks in ChatGPT. He therefore combines explaining technical possibilities with teaching their application and limitations.
