The people in AI Alliancen

Anders Krogh

Programme Lead for AI · Viborg Municipality

Anders Krogh is Programme Lead for AI at Viborg Municipality, where he leads the municipality’s organisation-wide work to turn the potential of artificial intelligence into tangible value.

His focus is not on technology in itself, but on how AI becomes a meaningful part of organisational development. This means setting direction, prioritising the right initiatives, building organisational capacity and ensuring that new opportunities become embedded in employees’ daily work and in the way the municipality delivers its services.

At Viborg Municipality, Anders has built the AI programme around three strands: broad access to AI opportunities for employees, cross-organisational initiatives, and targeted solutions within specific service areas. Across these strands, he works to connect strategy, technology, skills, implementation and benefits realisation.

A central part of his work is enabling the organisation to work with AI independently. Leadership, learning, skills development, experimentation and knowledge sharing therefore matter at least as much as the technology itself. The ambition is not simply to implement new solutions, but to develop the organisation’s ability to continually identify, test and realise the value of AI.

Anders also works on how to scale AI responsibly in a large and complex organisation. This includes establishing a shared direction across service areas, connecting management, employees and technical teams, and translating strategic ambitions into concrete change.

He holds a master’s degree in IT Management (cand.it.) and a Mini MBA in AI. His experience spans digital transformation, programme and project management, change management, benefits realisation and organisational development.

His work is underpinned by a strong implementation and leadership perspective: technology alone does not create value. Value emerges when an organisation can turn opportunities into new workflows, better service delivery and lasting change.
